This dessert is just TOTALLY AWESOME!

During the process of whisking the cream this is what will actually happen :)

Don't worry! Continue whisking till you see liquid seperated from the cream, something that look like this:

Pour away the liquid and continue whisking till you see the creamy cream :) Which looks like this:

After that, you will add the cream cheeese and melted sugar, AND THE CREAM WOULD BE COMPLETED ^^

The International Friendship we have in our class! We have people who are Indians, Malays, Chinese, Korean, Malaysian, Filipino, Indian-African, Malay-Indian, Javanese and Indonesian.
All of them are friends :D With their hands put together symbolises the UNITY and FRIENDSHIP among them.
The possible selling price of the dessert is 1 cup at $2.
We believe that teenagers would like this dessert because this dessert is simple and yet delicious. This dessert is healthy and the cream are handmade. We use fresh fruits too. Nowadays, teenagers especially young ladies would love to have a healthy and yet delicious dessert. The thickened cream is 35% fat free! We add less sugar into the cream too! ^^ Thus, the dessert is considered as a healthy one :D
Why?
1) The ingrediants we use to make this dessert comes from different countries such as Malaysia, Australia and Korea.
2) The dessert is made up of 3 layers, made with ingrediants from different countries, this symbolises unity. The unity among different countries. And if we just present one layer itself, the dessert will not look nice itself. With three layers together, it look perfect. This tells us that with all the countries working together internationally, it will make the World a better place.
Name of dessert: Made with Love
Ingredients needed -
1)1 pack Digestive Biscuit
2)2 bottles of Diary Farm Thickened Cream
3)1 Philadelphia Cream Cheese
4)1 pack of Strawberry Pudding powder(mixture)
5)1 box of strawberries(washed)
6)1 piece of butter
8)Hot and cold water
9)Sugar
Utensils:
1)5 small dessert cups
2)A whisk
3)A big bowl, small bowl, a presentable plate(For presenting the dessert)
4)Knife, chopping board
5)Pot
6)Dessert scooper
7)Zip-lock bag
Steps:
1)Chop the strawberries into thin slices
2)Leave the strawberries in the refrigerator while preparing other ingredients
3)Pour 500ml of water into the pot and add the jelly powder in it. Stir it under the fire for about 5 to 10 minutes.
4)Pour the jelly substance about 1/3 of the dessert cup. Leave the dessert cups in the fridge(a freezer to let it set faster)
5)When the jelly sets, add several pieces if strawberries on top of it.
6)Crush the digestive biscuits in the zip-lock bag to avoid spillage.(Make sure it is crushed into fine powder)
7)Mix the crushed digestive biscuit into the small bowl and mix it with butter.(Add the right amount of butter, till you see the crushed digestive biscuit is stucked together like a dough.)
8)Pour the right amount of thickened cream you will need(One dessert cup would need up to 2 1/2table spoon of thickened cream.)
9)Whisk the thickened cream till you see the cream turn into chalky parts and water is separated from the cream. Pour away the water and continue whisking the cream, till the cream turn into how the cream look like at first(creamy).
10)Add half a teaspoon(or a teaspoon) of cream cheese into the whisked cream.
11)Melt the a teaspoon of sugar and add it into the cream(already mix with cream cheese).
12)Whisk everything together and taste it, if it is too blend, add more sugar in it.
13)Take out the dessert cups and add the cream till the 2/3 of the cup is filled up(Includes the jelly and the cream)
14)Add a thin layer of buttered digestive biscuit on top of the cream.
15)Add a thin layer of cream on top of the buttered digestive biscuit and add some strawberries that creates a heart shape(:
16)Put the dessert cups nicely on the plate and YOUR DESSERT IS READY(:
